UT-842 Top coat Spraying Air Dry or 50-60°C ; 10-15 mins Applicable to products need moisture resistance and abrasion resistance. Excellent performance on moisture resistance, gloss, leveling, abrasion resistance.

  1. Above products must be stored in cool and dry place under 40℃. The expired time is one year in unopened situation. Please finishing within one week after the cap opening.
  2. Due to the ingredient of UT-815, it’s not easy to solute with dark color such as Aqua and Green, please test before producing. To ensure the quality of finished products, must clean the sprayer and pipe with Ketone solvent before spraying if it worked with other coats. After baking, strongly suggest to leave the finished products four hours before packing to prevent plastic bag mark on products’ surface.
  3. Plastic materials usually contaminated with internal lubricant, mold release agent, and dust during injection process. To ensure good adhesion and smooth surface during VM, please clean the material with solvent before coating process.
